  1. iDrive glitches

Recently I’m starting to notice some minor glitches in my iDrive system after completed my first 3K miles. First was my tires type in the tpms menu was reset by itself. This threw a notification on the main menu screen (I’m running on oem tires with aftermarket wheels but they’ve been on the car...
  2. Steering noise

If the noise is similar to the one from this video then it is coming from the steering shaft located inside a panel behind the brake pedal. The fix doesn’t require a dealer visit, but accessing it would take a bit of time.
  3. Steering noise

Mine does this as well. It is common with BMWs with EPS. The fix is just to have dealer put grease on the moving parts inside the steering column.
  4. Change in steering feel and feedback when running wider aftermarket wheels.

I’ve had many cars with aftermarket wheels setups before. The changes in steering feedback weren’t as drastic as the A90 Supra. So, I was wondering if this is quite normal on these cars.
  5. Change in steering feel and feedback when running wider aftermarket wheels.

I have had my TE37 Ultras installed with OE Michelins for about a couple of months now. Since then I have noticed a drastic change in steering feel. The road feedback is much more noticable now. On stock wheels, everything was pretty smooth, maybe even a little numb. Now the bumps and waves on...
  6. Past BMW owners jumping ship to go Supra?

I had a 2007 E90 335i, 2014 F30 328i and a 2018 F87 M2 dct before I got my Supra. The A90 Supra reminds me a lot of my past BMWs, but the car also has some Japanese touches to it. Especially the lightness in feel and playful chassis setup. In comparison my M2 felt stiffer and more hardcore, but...
  7. Top Speed: Who’s taken it to the limit (163mph)?

It looks like speedometer is maxed out at 263 km/h while a tuned car with speed limiter removed can go beyond that speed.
  8. 2020 Supra (A90) Reviews Compilation!

GR Supra tested against some impressive cars in Sport Auto annual handling test with a surprise outcome!
  9. Updated 2021 Toyota GR Supra Reaches Japan With Two Special Limited Editions

It looks like the regular 3.0 price went up by USD$2-3,000 in Japan. The 2020 was around 7.0 million yen, the new 2021 starts from 7.3 million yen.
  10. TE37 in A90 fitment

Just got a set of TE37 Ultra M-spec for my A90.
  11. Crankcase breather hose. Help me identify.

Mine seems to be doing that as well. I can actually see residuals dripping out of that area. Is this normal?
  12. Stock OEM Supra Wheels

There’s a thread on page 2 showing the weight of OEM wheel at 25.2 lbs. The OP on that thread also stated the wheels are made by SuperAlloy Industrial from Taiwan. (They made bunches of OEM forged wheels for high end manufacturers.)
  13. Absolute Zero on Magblue Te37sl

    Looks perfect!
  14. How Many Miles On Supra?

I just finished the 1200 mile break-in period in 3 months.
  15. What do you think is the best battery charger for the Supra?

I use CTEK on all of my cars for many years. Set it on AGM mode for the Supra.
  16. Absolute Zero on Magblue Te37sl

Looking great! Do you have any shots showing the wheels offset? I would love to see how they sit with stock suspension height. I'm thinking about ordering a set of TE37 Ultras in similar spec but I don't want the wheels to poke out with stock suspension height.
  17. Toyota GR Supra Races Into 2021 with More Power and First-Ever Four-Cylinder Turbo Model

Is the new engine upgrade for North American version only or does it apply to all 3.0 Supras worldwide? I’m curious because the EU and Asia spec Z4 M40is still come with the 335hp unit.
  18. Any MKV Owners Coming from a Dual Clutch Trans Car?

I sold my M2 LCI with DCT for the Supra. The DCT gearchanges felt more crips when driven hard and the transmission in general had more of a mechanical feel than the ZF8. However, driving around town the ZF is much smoother. I feel that when simply driving in "D" the ZF is more refined and...
  19. Exhuast flap permanent open

So, there’s no GPF for the RHD version selling in Asia pacific but we do have to same muffler as EU cars.
  20. Exhuast flap permanent open

I’d like to bring this thread back up since I have a question on how to spot cars with or without the GPF. My Supra is supposed to be an Asia Pacific spec car but upon VIN lookup it showed the car as EU spec. So I’m wondering if my car is actually equipped with GPF or without one. The muffler...
