I have yet to see a catch can that actually worked on a B58 motor, port injection will definitely clean valves, but u void your warranty, and I would like to see the procedure of “walnuts blasting my engine “ Do they really use walnuts ??

So, u have to take motor apart to clean intakes?. , mind you, that on a regular Grocery getter, I could care less, but on a performance vehicle, that cost 60k,! The cost to have this procedure done must cost a fortune!!!?

Ok, so how do the undersides of the intake valves gets cleaned? From the pics I’ve seen of direct engine motors, they get pretty nasty, And from a performance point of view, it’s not a good thing!

Is there a recommended additive that u can add to your fuel tank to prevent carbon buildup on intake valves?
