  1. Supra Coding Step By Step

Haven't dived too deep into it but I'll look at more of the options later
  2. Supra Coding Step By Step

Okay, I tried a bunch of the HUD options in Bimmercode, on both the Z4 and Supra options. It seems like Bimmercode isn't even modifying the right ECU, because the headunit ECU doesn't appear to control the HUD at all. Rather, the gauge cluster ECU is the one that controls the HUD. I don't have...
  3. Supra Coding Step By Step

    Doesn't change anything unfortunately
  4. Youtubers Rebuilding Wrecked Supras

I appreciate that they say Toyota the same way I do lmao. 'Tee yoda'
  5. Guff's A90 Supra Rebuild - TA90 Lives On

Oh and I totally forgot to post the episode link :P
  6. Guff's A90 Supra Rebuild - TA90 Lives On

So we made it onto the front page of The Drive, which is really cool! Not sure how, but I appreciate it. https://www.thedrive.com/news/33849/this-wrecked-2020-toyota-supra-has-been-reborn-for-track-days
  7. Youtubers Rebuilding Wrecked Supras

Just about 7k and I had less damage than theirs. The core support damage is a little concerning, but these guys have the coin and work ethic to get it done in no time. I wouldn't be surprised if they finish theirs before I do lmao. I reached out to them offering to help them with any of the...
  8. Supra smashed up by rioters

It appears to have some dealer installed modifications with the wheels and door handles
  9. Jacking / Lifting Points

Yeah it's a little annoying but not too much of a struggle, makes getting the car up in the air very easy, esp because you don't have to deal with using the jackpads on the sides.
  10. Jacking / Lifting Points

That's the same jack I have! I just keep sliding it back until I get to the jacking point. You will only be able to move the handle up and down a few inches, but as the car goes up, you'll get more space to jack the handle. Here's a screenshot from a video of mine: You can see there isn't...
  11. Supra smashed up by rioters

Wheels appear to be painted gloss black, that's interesting. Also, I just want to note, while this thread is alright, we do not allow political opinion/discussion on the forum, simply because 100% of those threads devolve into arguments and end with us banning people and deleting the thread...
  12. Jacking / Lifting Points

Unless your car is slammed, most jacks will slide under and reach the jack points. My Harbor Freight low profile jack slides in the front and gets to the front point without issue.
  13. Totaled or nah?

I figured it would be totaled but I am kind of interested to see what the itemized estimate looked like. The quarter panel skin only costs $1145, but of course, is $$$ to install. Not $11k in paint and labor though. Regardless, I hope you're okay and that insurance gives you fair money for the...
  14. 2021 Supra Prices Revealed!

Disagree very, very strongly here haha. Let me explain. Almost any driver will notice a 220lb difference. It is extremely noticeable and changes almost every aspect of the cars movement. As soon as you move the steering wheel, you can notice an immediacy in input over the 3.0. At the limit the...
  15. 2021 Supra Prices Revealed!

Disagree! The weight difference is very noticeable between the two cars! I still haven't finished my review video so I'll explain all of that later, but the 2.0 does indeed present a different driving experience! Wether it's worth it or not is a different story though.
  16. Reduced Driver Assistance Warning Popped Up

No, it's the camera system that is behind the rearview mirror, you can see it at the top of the front windshield. It is for the car's safety system and is used to detect the roadway, cars ahead, and pedestrians in order to emergency brake, lane keep assist, etc.
  17. Reduced Driver Assistance Warning Popped Up

Those systems use the front camera. Check to make sure that the front camera isn't obstructed. It should go away after a bit if everything is kosher with the camera.
  18. Guff's A90 Supra Rebuild - TA90 Lives On

Apologies for the lateness on this episode, I'm bad at this :P. For reference, the car is basically done mechanically but I just haven't had time to edit the footage and show where it's at now. Going to try to get the episodes out ASAP!
  19. Road Sign Assist

Very odd! Yeah not sure why it wasn't enabled, but hopefully the dealer will sort it out. I know that cars without navigation will have it disabled, but I figured if Nav was enabled then it would just work, but I guess not!
