Yeah, this is exactly what I've been doing and it works reasonably well.
Speed-wise (with both windows down), the noise starts at 40-ish mph and would be present all the way to 55, and then start cleaning up by the time you hit 65-70. I made a little video of it that I'll eventually put into...
I haven't seen one in person but I have seen them in photos at meets.
This car isn't mine, it's actually a Toyota corporate press car that I am reviewing.
I have a MKV Supra from Monday August 19th through Thursday August 22nd! Anyone who owns a MKV, or any other generation Supra, let's plan a meetup! Plus those of you who haven't seen the car can see one here as well!
May have done a highway roll race in two A90s with a couple extremely notable YouTubers a little while back. In Mexico, of course.
They were neck and neck lol. I have a video but I think it's best I keep that to myself...
It felt special at the event but it's the hottest car on the interwebs, so of course it would. I need to get some extended time with one later on in it's life cycle.
Just as a note, if anyone doesn't want a launch edition, you should be able to order a standard car soon. Delivery should be before the end of the year, maybe as soon as September/October.
The Supra dealer-education event is taking place from June 24-26 in Austin (aka right now). So expect dealerships to have more info over the next few weeks as the district managers return to their regions and train their employees. Officiall release date is July 22nd, so one would hope that...

Not sure if its legit or just a misprint but idk, couldn't find much more info on it.
Man, honestly, I think I'd prob try to go down to an 18" wheel if I had a Supra. Hell, I'd go 17s but I know that won't clear the brakes. 18s with some fat sidewall would be the dream.
Prob not. I haven't read a full warranty agreement by Toyota but I feel like this won't be any different from their standard warranty, which I'm sure voids warranty for off-road/racing use.
Yeah, they mentioned this in the press briefing they gave us. Not sure what all the details are, but I'm sure we'll know more closer to launch. Dealers are getting trained at the end of June so that's probably when we'll get all the relevant info.
