  1. OEM Remote Start for Toyota Supra - No ECU Unlock or Additional Hardware Required

Definitely need more info on the whole "lose tune, but maybe not unlock" thing. If I simply need to reflash my tune with MHD, I'm down, and I'm sure most folks here would be too... I've got a backup, no big deal. If I have to send my ECU out to Autotuner or femto for a security downgrade, get a...
  2. Remote Start - Bimmer Remote Coding

If someone buys it, they should do a before:after on the NCDs so we can see what was changed... edit: just occured to me its probably fsc coding... someone should reach out to flashxcode and see if they can do it for cheaper.
  3. Tuning Tools now live!

Very cool, always nice to see updates! Here's a log from a couple months back. Looks like there was 3 degrees of timing correction when I did the pull: https://norcalmotorsports.org/logapp/share.html?t=d2e09812c3491b70c151be45 Nice work! Definitely easier to spot issue than looking at Datazap.
  4. Can I swap head unit from a premium model to a base model?

The head unit itself will need to be coded, but it's possible. I'd be interested to know why exactly you want to do it. If it's the screen, that's upgradable and easily codable. If it's car play, that's unlockable. If it's parking sensor & others, that's a lot more coding work, and honestly...
  5. [Guide] Custom Supra icons throughtout iDrive

When you say infotainment splash screen, do you mean just the Supra logo? The Welcome screen Or the full iDrive style display
  6. What did you do to your Supra today?

Was poking around in BimmerUtility today, noticed the ASD module has an option to select other motors. Mines coded out but wonder if anyone's played around with this: Also wonder if I've played around with it before because S55 is selected, lol.
  7. OEM Wind Buffetting Kit (Fin Front Ventilator)

If it's stuck on with 3m, fishing wire. 45~lbs works well. Make sure you wear a pair of gloves that you can easily slip off. Might need to make a sawing motion with the wire to break through the tape. Heat can help.
  8. jb4 or MHD w/ just 91 octane?

On a custom 93 tune, tuner hasn't said anything about needing to "upgrade" plugs, or gap them differently. Stock should be fine for quite a while.
  9. G8x LCI Steering Wheel Review & Install - Rebuilding Works/ Yoki Lee

Vendors can order wheels with heating cores - coding instructions that worked for me can be found here: https://www.supramkv.com/threads/aftermarket-steering-wheel-question.28460/post-554475 General info: Physical button is required to activate it and not native to the LCI wheels. On the LCI...
  10. Rear axle differential lock restricted.

Had an alignment done last week and needed to reset the steering angle sensor in ISTA, but after that, was good to go.
  11. What did you do to your Supra today?

I'm mechanically challenged and even I can do it. Supra is one of the simplest cars you can do an oil change on. The hardest part is getting the oil filter out of the housing. You can 100% do it.
  12. What did you do to your Supra today?

dawg, FCP Euro oil changes!!! They run $76 + shipping right now and you can use their lifetime replacement policy for future credit
  13. Aftermarket steering wheel question.

I bring news: I tested it on the Chineseum controls, and the resume/cancel/lim buttons still don't work, so that's unfortunate. I also misplaced my OEM Valeo controls, so I ordered a new set: https://ebay.us/m/vJQATz Once it gets here, I'll reply with the updates. I did code in the settings...
  14. FS: MHD wifi adapter

No point in selling the ODBLink & MHD together. MHD does everything, ODBLink will collect dust. Also Rule #2.
  15. Supra Connect 5.7.1 - Wish It Worked

On Supra Connect's best day, it's only useful for copying the VIN to your phones clipboard, lol.
  16. MHD or BOOTMOD3 ????????

  17. ISTA ISTEP Versions

The Bimmer Scene truly is a wonderful place.
  18. ISTA ISTEP Versions

BMW crowd are smart folks... If only they made an offline version of ISTA... Oh well. Guess we'll have to pay the $$$$.
  19. Aftermarket steering wheel question.

I'll test it when I get home (currently out of the country) - one thing I noticed when I installed my heated toggle button was that Chineseum™ controls were used. Honestly an impressive amount of engineering. I have a set of OEM Valeo's that I can check with too.
