Need help deciding to go with MHD or Bootmod3?

Current setup:
2020 Supra 3.0 Premium (manufacture date: 10/19/2020)
Catless Downpipe
MST Intake
Stock Exhaust

I am thinking stage 2+, please let me know your thoughts!

I strongly suggest writing your own program and developing your own tuning platform

I’ve only used bootmod so I can’t give you a fair comparison but I have zero complaints with it. I’ve had it on 3 BMWs since 2018 and it’s been great.

If you’re going to get a custom tune, you should make sure the tuner you want to go with supports the tuning platform you choose.
