If it's stuck on with 3m, fishing wire. 45~lbs works well. Make sure you wear a pair of gloves that you can easily slip off. Might need to make a sawing motion with the wire to break through the tape. Heat can help.

I'm mechanically challenged and even I can do it. Supra is one of the simplest cars you can do an oil change on. The hardest part is getting the oil filter out of the housing. You can 100% do it.
