    I wouldn't. Just as your asking here, it obviously bothers/intrigues you that it's repainted. You'll always wonder why. Even if it checks out fine, it's still a repaint with no truth story as to why. Could be a million reasons, paint chips, hit an animal, hit a car, hit a person, a scratch...

    Oil residue on the exhaust tips, typically isn't a great sign. I'd find a good reputable shop/tuner in yr area and have them do a good look. Better to lose shipping and restocking fee vs something waaay worse.

It scared the shit out of me, and I thought it had an immobilizer device from the dealership, from going past...
