  1. GR Supra 101: Routes to big power

So basically with S58 inj up to 550whp should be no problem on e30 with oem hpfp, correct? If i land with tune between 530-550whp its all good, not planning more for now.
  2. GR Supra 101: Routes to big power

Nah, I have to carry ethanol myself since we dont have it here, i wana stay around e30-e40 on flex. aiming for 530-540whp for now, maybe 1day 560-570. Just wondering if HPFP is needed at this power level or only upgrading to S58 injectors is enough.
  3. GR Supra 101: Routes to big power

Guys simple question: 2port di, pure800-like custom turbo, S58 injectors - to achieve 550whp on ~e30 reliably for track do I need to upgrade HPFP to Ds25 or no need at this power level? I need the power to be safe and last in 100F waether. I get mixed opinions on this, some say i should do...
  4. Overheating on track - looking for solution for 2-port engine

Yes, I'll get needed ecutek stuff licences etc and just make a switch. So its done properly this time. Im getting fuel starve/cuts on 1 specific track, so prob need to do surge tank setup too...
  5. Overheating on track - looking for solution for 2-port engine

Nah, Poland EU. I finish season on this tune since its 3 rounds left only in fall so cooler temps and then maybe just go with Zach CSG remote tune.
  6. Overheating on track - looking for solution for 2-port engine

Mine is from same tuner btw so log MAY look simmilar... And i did tell him i need track focused tune. He was supposed to be "best b58 expert in country". 🤡
  7. Overheating on track - looking for solution for 2-port engine

I try to provide as much data as i can now. I plan to include logging after the season with other changes, thats what I got atm.
  8. Overheating on track - looking for solution for 2-port engine

CAN based display, by no log i mean no logging file like MHD to look at and share here. In lower air temps i regulary see 270+f oil temps anyway.
  9. Overheating on track - looking for solution for 2-port engine

2port B58, 2019 EU spec Track, track length, elevation: Silesiaring, 3.64km, no elevation change Top speed: 221kph / 137mph Number of laps: many Turbo: custom Pure800-sized Peak boost: 1.5bar / 22psi Cooling modifications: 777 Hood vent, Wagner intake manifold, Koyo aux cooler, PWR HX +...
  10. Overheating on track - looking for solution for 2-port engine

I got all this done on mine except ethanol, still i can hit 280F oil in 2-3 laps. Turbo is pure800 size, but more coolant than water. Water target set to 87c in tune. Maybe should be lower? Or try e30 mix As for op, his case may be different than mine.
  11. Overheating on track - looking for solution for 2-port engine

He does not have manfiold upgrade, runs stock. Side and front cooling stack changed to different, duno the brand. Well, would going to e30-e40 mix help? I heared going E-blend helps with temps visibly 🤷‍♂️
  12. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

Well, i'd add 100hp to it too so power is also the reason BUT i want it to be as safe and reliable as possible, given the mixed fuel quality i wana go E, i heared few times pushing it on tracl with normal 98 fuel (93 US i guess) is suboptimal. So thinking about switching to e30, just wondering...
  13. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

Guys, I'm thinking about upgrading power to ~530-550whp (630-650hp crank) range, running custom turbo simmilar in size and capability to pure800. Would E30-E32 on flex be enough E for track? I'm mainly concerned about stability, safety, logs, coz for the power goal should be enough. Wondering...
  14. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

Zebulon, AJH, Verus V3 like Kyle has are 3 top choices. Also SydneyComposites from AUS. V1/V2 verus splitters are meh/medicore at best, biggest benefit is strenght, not so easy to break. Heavy, 2 piece, flat, no real airfoil shape, mounting points r also not optimal, tunnels could be better. For...
  15. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

@raysupra Im moving from basic verus to AJ Hartman this year. And some rear changes to match ;) I think height adjustability is great option for sum1 like me that still street drives it and then U can lower it on the track. I plan to run it ~4" street and then ~2.9" track. Will see how it...

  17. AP racing BBK CP9668 and CP9450 reviews

Rear AP 9450 kit with EBP is on BF sale too? How many % ?
  18. AP racing BBK CP9668 and CP9450 reviews

1st step do front AP + rear stock brakes coding with agressive pad. When U have spare cash may add rear AP. Thats the route i go. I heared switching to rear 4piston is not a major difference but a nice addition to make package more cohesive.
  19. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

Why as low as possible? I'm wondering where is the sweet spot compared to stock to not mess up susp geometry, as i heared lowering too much is not adviced. Atm I run stock-ish height (-12mm front, stock height rear) but looking for some upgrade there. Also wondering how much rake fr vs rear is...
  20. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

An1 knows front and rear height + rake GT4 Supra runs? I will be re-doing suspension this month after last race (fighting to win whole street class against GT Porsches) and thinking about some adjustments. Or what do U guys run in terms of track height?
