I've always felt 500whp for a streetcar to be the sweet spot. Fast enough to have a ton of fun on the street and easier to put it down and use it. When you get past needing to be the fastest on the street you can just kick back, live in the moment, and love what you got.

Like Razorlab said, you're not getting a signal. Could be bad sensor, bad connection somewhere. Could even be a bad ground. When I'm on 93 only, I always see 9-10% when I take a reading from my MHD corn kit.
