Umm, why this thread's title says Road & Track when it's supposed to be Car and Driver lol. I know they are owned by the same company but still.
Anyways, I bet what happened to the Z when R&T had it for their 2023 performance car of the year made Nissan scared of what will happen if C&D tested...
Lmao, I guess this is on Nissan instead of C&D then. Hmmm, I thought Nissan enjoys embarrassing themselves?
Ngl, I just want to see how the Z flys off the track at VIR's uphill esses ?.
I like how Car and Driver didn't even bother with the Z during their 2023 Lightning Lap at VIR, they know it's just going to be a waste of time and money.
That guy that you're referring to seems to have a bit of a history with Nissan, he even had one of the Subaru models that were plague by head gasket failures that just straight up dump engine oil out of between the cylinder heads and the block. So yeah, truly a certified clown.
If the paint is still ok, the fix is just putting a small piece of rubber between the headlight and the front bumper for both sides to stop them from rubbing against each other, sounds a bit like hack job but the Zs that don't have this problem from the factory were "fixed" at the factory in the...
It seems like it's still the US that's the most fond of the mkV Supra, I bet the very traditional Japanese a.k.a. the close-minded ones secretly resent the mkv Supra and are probably also the ones that are jizzing over Nissan's half-hearted sports car attempts.

It's cute that this Japanese car publication thinks or the most likely case want to make Japanese public think the Z is just as fast as the 3.0 Supra lol.
I mean yeah this too ?, it's just bad all the way around. You know it's crap when it can be easily destroyed by $30k+ sports cars and sport compacts on a track.
Yep, quite a few have dipped and went to Corvettes, Supras, M2s even Caymans, these are far better performance cars than the Z anyway so those people aren't missing out on anything good.
P.S. Watch this Nismo Z be $65k car yet still being slower than the 3.0 Supra on a challenging track.

Don't ask me how the Z made it into the finals, even the people over at the Nissan Z forum are making fun and trashing this nonsense.
