Maybe alpha one?
I donāt know anything about it though.
I would go Mobridge da1 then to an amp/dsp of your choice with a technic pnp harness. Our battery being in the trunk makes wiring extremely easy. 7 channels will cover all speakers like stock. All speakers have a physical crossover if...
Only replacement I know is to get the MOST25 signal and feed it to a Mobridge amp. Other options are available but this would be not be as direct as one simple box. I would personally look into OEM audio plus for a good quality and no thought system that increases output with a decent MATCH amp...
Same here. But the wiring for the sensor in the wheel well and had a code.
So if you have a code it might be the wiring to the sensor and no code is probably wiring to the compressor or the compressor itself.

I personally have those speakers deactivated, but I would recommend than for mid bass as they donāt seem very good at being true subs, but they are actually pretty good. A MOST25 DSP and your amp which you will probably need can do that. If your sub covers a good range, then you might want them...
I also go to Mike at Poway and would recommend, I go to an independent place called RNZ now that I donāt have any more free service. Canāt recommend RNZ enough.
Get as close to stock as possible. Sell mods individually. And almost nothing can add value than what it is stock, of course there are exceptions.
For instance my s2000 was worth more stock than with the Mugen and Spoon parts that I sold for almost the value of the car.
One rattle and I canāt hear it over quiet music. No idea where it is coming from and I honestly donāt care. I also added a sub about a year ago and not a single new rattle.
Great thread!
So much you can do to make it sound the way you want. Personally I donāt like the 20s but who cares about opinions. You lost out on an amazing car though. BMW or not, itās the best car under 75k.
And locking the ecu makes sense! 100% sense.
RNZ in Miramar does solid work and relatively cheap. They are car people and you can tell they modify cars themselves. For all mods I can no longer do myself, I go to them. Dennis, the owner does really good work and can do almost anything.
RNZ in San Diego is my go to for installing mods I canāt do myself. They do really good work and will modify modifications to get the install done right. However they do not specialize in a specific thing. I would call it a general shop that is extremely mod friendly.
