the other plug is for the auto dimming feature on the driver side mirror. Maybe you got bad PC board?

Liquimoly I did five oil changes with the 0W20 kit at 5,000 miles interval and then switched to their 5W30 kit with three oil changes at 3,000-5,000 interval.
