lol my guess is Kaj thinks rotating a supra without losing control on the rear is relative easy but I think it is hard at least with stock suspension setup. at least with my entry level driving skills.
@kaj it would be more persuasive if you can post your throttle graphs so that me and @razorlab...
same feeling. with stock camber angle there is a very narrow range of rotating vs overdrifting maybe Kaj is a pro driver and can master the throttle much better.
lol let me rephrase this: in a stock 2.0 L supra it is much harder to rotate on the stock suspension comparing to the one with adjusted camber and tow angle. how about this?
hey thanks for speaking this out. this is what I was looking for the car rotate during the turn which helps the front end turning. in the stock setting the car hardly rotate in an amateurs hand and thats what im struggling with.
yeah this makes a lot of sense, is SPL LCA good enough? or any other parts? now it is seems like camber plate or LCA serves kinda similar purpose if just for the camber degrees.
thats an interesting guess, also my first guess too since my friends who owns 3.0 did not have much alignment issue like my 2.0. however I did a quick check, toyota sheets show no different parts also part numbers are the same for control arms as well as struts...
isnt the bending kinda micro? the steer shifting isnt super obvious. it only happened when i left the steer in the neutral position and let it go for a few seconds. do you suggest i go to the shop and let an experienced mechanic exam it first? last time the alignment dude said it was ok n...
Hi supra gangsters,
I am a regular track driver living in NJ area and have a 2022 supra 2.0. I drive 1-2 open track or HPDE events in NJMP or other nearby tracks every month. I found the stock suspension is not very reliable on track because my front alignment has been knocked out of alignment...
buying brand new means less possibility to have problems on the track. spilling oil on the track is very very expensive and would wasted every one’s time and fun.
just by reading the title i thought u meant on the track. on the track you always feel the car more because you want to push it to the limit. the car’s rotation, weight transfer, tire not having grabs left are none about the sounds. i actually turned the car animated engine sounds off to better...
