You might not be on FI hold yet…until the date goes away and says no eta.
My dates were 3/24-5/2, then became 4/20-4/26. Then it made it to rail yard on 4/18 and it said one date, 4/20. I was so excited. But then 3 days later, put on hold with no more eta.
can you get your Toyota sales to send...
Do you have yours now? Was it in FI hold as well?
The struts have to be installed already though lol, since its been sent all the way across the world already and at the final stop down the street from the dealer
looks like it’s FI hold by Toyota… final inspection hold. Fuck me. Either damaged or waiting for a new recall or something. Hopefully it’s quick and not like the Tacoma in fi hold I saw at 84 days still no eta.
So is mine since 4/18... But i just heard this morning its been selected for a random inspection via the trainyard. Its apparently "random" but i just hope they don't fuck the clutch up or fuck with it. Heck, i hope its not damaged and they are trying to fix it pre delivery. Seen that before...
what dont you get? Its all toyota is producing with Magna Steyr so its probably just the limitations of the plant. BMW most likely gets priority with the Z4, and the new Z4 Manual option. Also Production is ending for both lines after 2025. Probably winding down.
Its not lower sales because...
484 supra sold between Jan-mar of 2024.
Jan - 161
Feb - 121
Mar - 202
so far that’s the only numbers out that I’ve seen. And it’s not separated by auto or manuals. With an assumed 47% MT production per some articles it’s probably close to below
estimated (@47% mt production rate)
MT - 227...
For some reason middle of the country got fucked by me. Only a few sporadic autos came in locally. Maybe 1-2 Mts but in a major city every dealer has massive wait lists. I was #1 on a high volume dealer for 16 months and not a single MT came in… that’s when I said fuck it and found one out of...
If you look at the breakdown of MKIV supras. In the USA they made ~4500 in Twin Turbo 6 speed manual. The rest were auto or NA. So far there is less new manual MKVs than old manuals. I think MTs will for sure hold value long term. Even if they dip, they will come back in 20 years. Especially...
For sure, eventually it would also need to include engine option, interior color, trim spec, etc. There is alot of data to go through. Would be cool to get something at least haha. There is just nothing out there really
Ya but its not accurate. If you search manuals, only 1 exists lol... The MKV registry is very wrong at the moment
Move along friend, this thread is obviously not for you. Plenty of other holes to crawl into
I was starting on something that would decipher production by year and color, but there just isnt enough info that I can find on color production numbers yet. If anyone wants to add themselves or has some random info for me to add to it please do.
with the MKIV all Vins are in a database and...
Toyota says 0w20 (0W-20 LL14FE+ Rated oils.) because they most likely have to for CAFE standards. But FCP says dont use LL14FE+ as its garbage because CAFE standards suck and will harm the engines long term and that we should only LL01 Oils for the B58.
My climate can range -20 to 100F, and the...
Interesting note/recommendation from FCP.
Bumping thread because this should be stickied and search engine sucks ass.
Anyways, the LL Special Tec 5w30 LL01 seems to be the winner for me based on all the information in this thread and recommendations. It hits the temperatures I need for my...
Its not the worst thing to get break in oil out and check filter for material after break in mileage is hit. Ill be doing the same on mine at ~1200 miles
