Yeah, I tried asking Titan a few times but they never could come up with one.... I think their supplier only builds the exhaust as a complete setup.

I've been bothered by a very similar sounding noise coming from the rear hatch area too. I believe its the metal shroud above the muffler area too... There's so many places where its metal on metal.

The tire does look poked out. You're not running any kind of wheel spacer are you? I have 275/35/19 on a Advan GT Beyond - 19x9.5 +25 and do not rub at all. I'm on HKS coil overs and lowered a little more than you....
