  1. New Supra hits the “Real” Track.

2:02 is pretty darn quick for Pilot Super Sports! RE71R/Cup2 would be worth probably 2 seconds at PittRace (1:58 vs 2:00 on my bone stock 991.1 C2S)
  2. Supra vs C8 Corvette

Definitely a heavy sports car, but itā€™s also a really big sports car with loads of cargo space. Still lighter than something like a R35 though. I donā€™t see anything wrong with the base car having passive dampers either. The McLaren 570S is one of the best sports cars around, and itā€™s only got...
  3. Stig laps the new Supra

    1:26 was the old z4 m, they havenā€™t tested the g29 yet
  4. Motor Trend Test: Supra versus Cayman and M2 Competition comparison review

Yep the F87/F22 shares the front of the platform with the F30, with minor differences in the rear (http://www.autozine.org/Archive/BMW/new/1er_F20.html). While the A90/G29 platform started as a cut down F22...
  5. Motor Trend Test: Supra versus Cayman and M2 Competition comparison review

The 718 is a sports car from the ground up, the Supra is more or less a sports car to the bones other than the cut down 2 series chassis, meanwhile the M2C is a sporty coupe essentially based on the F30/F32 platform...
  6. 2020 Supra prototype at Goodwood Festival of Speed (photos/videos)

Difference being that F1 cars and the M4 GT4 are full on race cars with dedicated brake ducts. Without those brake ducts you need every bit of brake cooling at this weight level. I doubt the new Supra and the Z4 will have those brake ducts as production cars

Are those floating calipers on the rear? I really hope they didnā€™t cheap out with floating calipers on a $60k sport car. Also whatā€™s up with that plain rotor? Donā€™t see the stock brake setup holding up even for one track session
