Are parking sensors working ok? Sounds like it. So, wiring to those should be good... Have you checked/damaged/ the radar or it's bracket or wiring ? Is the bumper aligned/installed properly. Some had difficulty putting it back on...

Alright some thoughts. As it's a weird one, it could be triggered by something weird, right. So, I don't exactly know if the tuner's software checks for erroneous entries or not, so I'm gonna say check the tables for typos. Maybe letter got in numerical field. Someone screwed something else...
