To get close to that level, all you need is a downpipe and MHD, for example, with a tune. Nothing fancy. I am at around 430 with a catted downpipe, full Maganflow exhaust and an OTS MHD tune, and that is with 92 octane.

Yeah, I really dont care about that law, since having that many tickets in 1 year merits you losing your license anyway.
