Complete BS. I got my car delivered with 7 miles but without the navigation programmed. I went to another dealership to get the navigation programmed and they did not have to drive it at all to get the navigation working

You are right about the interior being dated considering "new" cars now have a giant tablet on the dash and all physical controls behind the touch screen. But if that's what you prefer that's okay too.
