Hi All,
Moving from Sydney to Christchurch in December, Supra landing a week later :)
Shipping my 86 across as well.
Let me know if anyone in the area is up for a meet up/cruise....
Today there are 29x 2019 A90's all at retail or below on calsales - no markups.
With the announcement of the updates coming to Aus : https://www.motoring.com.au/2021-toyota-supra-more-power-better-handling-122852/
I wonder what will happen with the 300+ units incoming that don't have the...
True but not really concerned about Camry drivers however I would be totally livid if I bought a launch edition which was effectively a randomly issued Toyota US produced centre console badge and now within 6 months these significant technical, power and chassis upgrades come along.
As many...
Visited Toyota in Rockdale (NSW), they have a GT and GTS on the floor. The GT is not for sale and the GST is stickered at $130K.
Sales Rep told me there will be another 300 allocations online in April 2020. After that dealers will start getting stock - take that info for what ever its...
Is this still the case, next allocation of 300 units in Sep 2020? Anyone heard any different - you would think they would just start pumping them out like any other production car.
The driveaway price on the Aus site has been adjusted downwards.
GTS - $104,xxx to $102,269
GT - $94,xxx to $91,769
Not sure if the list price has changed or just the delivery component? Good news either way!
Hope you lucky pre-order people get the adjustment....
2018 VFACTS : The top three vehicles within each market segment was as follows:
Sports < $200k: Ford Mustang (6412), MB C-Class (1520), BMW 2 Series (1361)
Sports > $200k: Porsche 911 (511), Ferrari range (241), Mercedes-AMG GT (172)
So that's 534 mustangs a month. Supra is closer to BMW 2...
It feels like "Toyota please make a Supra with a manual" is the new "Toyota please make a 86 with more power" - 7 years and counting and it ain't happening ! :banghead:
Good luck to those who want a manual - hope it happens for you guys.:headbang:
I have read mixed reports on allocations, so are we getting 300 units in 2019 or over the next 12 months?
If over the next 12 months they will be a rare sight in Aus and no deals on pricing for sometime to come.
