Where's my Qnx Doom?! For real though, cool project.

Alright, well I flashed it and set Sport to Normal mapping in MHD - I just always assumed all engine did was change the pedal mapping. The Butt-Feel will reveal all in the morning!

Is this any different from setting the 'Engine' to normal in sport individual? Do you lose burbles or something doing that (I have mine turned off anyway).

You can barely hear it - it's %100 worth it anyway. I swear the car hooks up better when I mash the gas in 2nd and, when they do spin, feels way more controlled/controllable.

Just googling around has led me to believe it that you can try doing a reset of iDrive or it could be any of the things you mentioned. The lvds cable on the display side of things is easy to get to, you could try reseating it. ITS side takes more time but isn't hard. Or warranty time?

I think it's getting it's video signal directly from the cluster. I'm surprised no one has built some kind of lvds compositing box where you could just inject an overlay via HDMI or something.

I had it fabricated - I wanted that angled melon cannon look. The side pipe at the end is a helmholtz resonator that I specced out and had fabricated to try to combat drone - so it just dead ends. I think the whole thing has shifted tho because that looks mighty close to the car 😅

Like 1,457 people before me, I have installed my diff. brace. Much like the CDV discussions before, I am now starting the "I think this made my shifter feel more notchy or something" discussion - fuck knows if it did, but if my brain thinks that it did, I suppose that's all that matters.... :crazy:

Pot hole on the edge of the road - wasn't even going very fast but got forced over there. For the record though, the wheels were hand built from a rusty tin can, 5 crowbars, an old spacer, and a lot of j-b weld. I had it repaired yesterday - seems OK now, gotta spend some quality time with it...
