Certain creak sounds can be the chassis flex or the springs binding, a top mount bearing noise will be more of a clunk to be honest, but I would have to hear this in person to truly give feedback
This customer came to us for a drop and spacers, we lowered it on HKS Adjustable Springs + a set of Future Classic Spacers in 15mm up front and 18mm in the rear.

Ride quality is solid on the streets, lower ride, and still smooth over typical undulations and bumps on the road.
Haven't had much feedback in regards to the track but so far nothing but great feedback for the streets!

This car is lowered all the way down in the front and about 3/4 down in the rear, roughly 5-6 turns left before maximum low.
Net drop is 45mm up front (1.75 in) | 33mm in the rear (1.3in)
Correct, EDC Cancellation kit is needed. Most people code it out via eSys or Bimmercode. Positive feedback from this product :)
