I have 400 miles on the exact same springs. No issues with any radar/camera. It sounds like the tech was trying to CYA. These springs are only 0.8 inch drop. I would think the car would travel through the suspension that much on the stock ride height while driving anyway.

Different areas of the country. One had it in stock and the other said they could get it in one day. Ended up with the next day part getting here sooner. I cut it and added a silicone hose in the middle and has plenty of flex now.

Thanks for the info. If you have a part number for your catch can I would greatly appreciate that. I got the new vent pipe, cut it in half and rejoined with automotive silicone hose that I had left over from my 93 Accord lol. It's now flexible at least. Thanks for all the tips, at first I was like "what is this ceramic witchcraft you speak of?" After a lot of research, and learning how to properly detail a car, I now have a ceramic coating as well. Geez it took forever though with the wash, clay and sealer.

I'm not sure what the best type of product to use on the black side skirts and bumpers? Wax, Silicone protector? I've never used wax on something like that in the past but they seem to have a smooth finish that would take the wax ok.

I added a JL 13TW5 and a JL 750.1. I got signal from the factory amp using the subwoofer signal. The problem I have is the LOC (LC2i) only turns on signal power to the amp when the volume is up pretty loud. Oh and if you take your supra apart, you get free sound deadening gauntlets!

Jason, you said you grabbed signal from the woofers-can you tell me exactly how you did that? I used an LC2i but the amp only turns on when volume is up-its acting like there is not enough signal coming from the factory sub wires to trigger the loc at low volumes.

They actually had it fixed by the next day. I don't know why they told me it would take so long.
