Isopropyl alcohol 91%, soak a properly sized paper towel and leave it on sticker for about 10 minutes to soften it up. It should peel off and then work the glue off with your fingers. I covered my dash with towels to protect against any dripping. There are plenty of good videos on the internet...

I have found a workaround to stop twich. If after I have locked the car, I wait 10 seconds and push the lock button on the key fob the interior light will come on and the twitch will stop
