It's your diff, I'm having this issue now. It seems like the final drive bearing is damaged and needs to be repaired, see if you can set it up sooner rather than later.

Every 6000 miles if you drive it hard and often. I’ve since swapped to redline 5w30 and my most went fill lasted 10k miles from august 22 to march 23. I daily my car so I simply pay attention to its behavior and act when I need to. With warmer temps on the way I’ll likely change again around...

Stiffer for sure but you wont develop back problems. It's been lowered a year and a half now and hasn't had any personal physical or car mechanical issues.

No issues with ride quality on 10mm spacers in front and 13mm in the rear. Never had rubber issue of any sort, nice and planted in corners, body roll was minimized along with the installation of front struts installed.
