Will sure do, but I feel I'm still months away from even ordering one. Though I can bare the wait since the 2.0 is also an amazing car. I do see already however why one would be better for some people than the other.
Enjoy your ride!!
I said it purely from a gas cost perspective.
Not sure what fuel grades you use in the UK but based on the vehicle's manual, here in Canada the minimum recommended fuel grade for the 2.0 is 91 octanes, while for the 3.0 is 93, so from that perspective alone it surely will cost me more...
I've been a happy owner of a 2.0 for 2.5 years now, however if all stars align, I'm about 90% certain I will trade it in for a 3.0 next year.
Things I love about the 2.0.....How light it feels, with very decent torque and almost impossible to unsettle out of corners with UHP tires, which makes...
So my buddies and I went on a cruise yesterday. There were a couple M4's, a couple Porsches, a ZL1, M240i, M850i, a Lambo Huracan Evo and my Supra amongst others.
We were just chilling in this rest area by a lake with the cars all lined up (picture) when a lady with her kid and her dog...
My current 2.0 is Red. It was my first choice back in 2020 and would choose it all over again.
If I end up trading it for a 3.0 I'm leaning towards Stratosphere (assuming it will still be available).
Can't go wrong with either imo
As far as rim width and bolt pattern are concerned, yes but I'd check directly with the store regarding the other measures as I'm not an expert on the matter.
Yes I do and yes they will fit.
Tires have a min/max rim width range suggested by each manufacturer and you can find that info on the tire specs
As you can see in the case of the rear OEM tire it's 9"-11"
Hello neighbours
Some buddies in their BMW's and I north of the border are planning a day trip to Leavenworth on the week after Christmas.
I'm looking for some insight on what road conditions might be like at this time of the year in terms of snowfall and keeping them clean compared to say...
Went on a spirited cruise the other day with mostly M4's.
After pushing hard all day, last time I filled up my tank the dash said 360kms (223mi) per tank......and this the 4cyl lol
After checking with my other BMW fellas we were all getting ridiculously low readings and we came to the conclusion...
Can you please elaborate?
Did you have JB+ before in your 2.0 or what kind of problems have you had with the tmap before? You also said that for the B48 we don't use the tmap? I'm confused about that part
Burger motorsports replied to me saying that the JB+ is compatible with the 2.0 and people...
This is exactly what happened to me a couple of times this Sunday towards the very end a long day of hard driving on canyon roads. '21 2.0 completely stock (B48).
I had read something about this on Supras before after prolonged driving so it also sounds to me like some kind of fail safe...
Let's see....I'm in my low 40's. If I buy my last brand new ICE car in 2034 and make it last 10 years (which is totally doable based on my avg annual mileage), I will be in my mid/high sixties by the time I have to worry about hybrids or electric vehicles.....yeah I can work with that. I've no...
