    Just saw this on a S2000 I looked at. Rear quarter panel had been replaced which was obviously welded and had overspray. Carfax showed it was taken to a repair shop but was not considered a red flag for an accident.

    I really don't know. I figured it was changed during service. I always change oil in my sports cars every 5k but I don't want an engine with significant oil burning or possible cylinder damage as someone reported.

    Bought a tunable 21 last week. Serviced after break in and at 4k the oil is right above min. I don't mind a new engine as long as I keep the ecu.

    It's also affecting new m2/m3/m4s. I'm deciding on a Supra or M3 and the standard 6mt M3 being gimped and un-tunable is a turnoff.
