Both in downtown Seattle, about 3 miles from each other. It's definitely the same car twice, still has the dealer plate and I doubt two from Montana got shipped to downtown.
Egregious claim that Lewis did it on purpose. Nobody is in F1 with the intent of driving to put others in the hospital. It was lap 1 with cold tires, and Lewis was in aerowash, so less grip, which led to the understeer. That was a mistake on Lewis' part (more factors for the crash to attribute...
It really should. There's no "it's ok or it matters less because no points were involved". Dropping a car on someone isn't less dangerous than a 51G crash.
I watched some of the F1 Academy races that took place in Austin and it's interesting to see how it will involve next year now that the F1 teams will all have cars on that grid too.
Have to feel bad for Checo; got hard done, but too aggressive turning in. It's his home race, but he forgot races aren't won at Turn 1.
Yuki with a good recovery drive, but his temperament is his downfall. Got way too greedy with his move and cost the team points. Maybe he could've held off...
Oh lol, these aren't at my place. I grabbed this pic when the Supra was getting new parts. The Corolla is now the transporter for all the parts that don't fit nicely.
No doubt Perez isn't at the same level, but he's also one of the few drivers who have won from last which in my mind stands for something; he got into some weird mental space after Azerbaijan and hasn't gotten out of it.
Team orders are fine, but it's hard to invert the order in traffic...
100% agree with this. Saw it was his fault upon viewing the replay and owned up to it. Simple as that.
And yeah, I also agree the only reason we hear less from Max is because Adrian Newey and team handed him a car head and shoulders above the others which nobody bothers trying against.
