Can't comment on the R3, but the R7 has paid for itself several times now so I don't see a reason not to own one.

They're honestly not comparable. It's just a different class of car. There's a reason it's triple the price, and it's not the badge. IMO the Supra is undoubtedly the better bargain by leaps and bounds, but if you want the pinnacle of sports car and to get a taste of super car you buy a C2s, C4s...

I thought about an Emira also, but didn't want to wait, and 911 was always a bucket list car any ways. I think you'll really enjoy the Emira!
