    Not looking good. Now after having my car for four days the dealership has informed me that Toyota just told them there are no updates available for my car. This is contrary to what I was told yesterday.

    Just spoke to the dealership again. They've heard from Toyota and have been sent the software update. They are not planning to attempt installing the update until tomorrow.

    Dealership just let me know they put a call in to Toyota first thing this morning to ask how to do this and they have not heard back yet. Now they say they aren't expecting a call back until tomorrow.

    I have my car at the Toyota dealership right now with a request to update the iStep and iDrive software. They've agreed to give it a try. Hopefully I'll know more today.
