  1. Did the Sport Z just kill off the Supra 2.0?

The press car tested was from around 3 years ago, is what it sounds like. Things could have changed.
  2. Did the Sport Z just kill off the Supra 2.0?

We just need someone to put it in neutral. Raise up the rear of the car. Spin one rear tire. If the other side spins in the same direction, its an LSD. If it spins in the opposite direction, its an open diff. To resolve this question once and for all! :-)
  3. Did the Sport Z just kill off the Supra 2.0?

Are you saying the B48 does NOT have an open diff?!
  4. 2020 Supra Documents Added to TIS

@Jeff Lange the engine code for the 2.0 should start with B48…, not B46. This list should be updated if possible.

  6. Lowering Springs in 2.0?

You are correct as well. Although, according to AC-S, their products are developed to accommodate factory equipment and their parts are sold in Germany through Toyota Germany. PS. SupraMKV2.0 the car looks great!
  7. Lowering Springs in 2.0?

Not debating this but, from my understanding, this is exactly why the spring load values should match the weight of the car. Ideally, it should also be tested with and for a specific application. From personal experience, it is very easy to ruin ride quality and ride performance with incorrect...
  8. Lowering Springs in 2.0?

Thanks for the update. So far, the only springs that I found to be specifically developed for the 2.0 are AC-Schnitzer. https://www.ac-schnitzer.de/en/toyota/toyota-gr-supra/toyota-gr-supra/suspension/spring-kit/555/ac-schnitzer-suspension-spring-kit-for-toyota-gr-supra-2.0/?number=31324&c=425...
  9. Lowering Springs in 2.0?

Would be great to hear your feedback. Do you have a part number for the EUDM Eibach Pro Kit (2.0 specific)? I looked but was unable to find.
  10. Lowering Springs in 2.0?

That’s a very good point. I am trying to figure out if there are 2.0 specific springs / suspension parts that account for the weight difference. As you said the load values should match weight.
  11. Bumper- Fender bolts

Thank you for taking a look! I was concerned that bumper work might have been done.
  12. Bumper- Fender bolts

Noticed something weird under the right, rubber fender liner. One of the bumper bolts is silver and of smaller size on the right side. While all other bolts are black. Two images attached for demonstration. Left side, two black bolts of equal size. Ride side, one black and one silver bolt that...
  13. Brake pads for 2.0

Thanks for your inputs @sikedsyko and @RustyShackleford. Did you flush the brake fluid prior to your track events? I have found some pad options so far from Endless ane G-Loc. Will be going with G-Loc for my next event. I've used G-Loc pads on my FR-S a number of times before and they are good...
  14. Brake pads for 2.0

Thanks for the response @nibble. I am looking forward to doing a track event with NASA but this would not be my first HPDE event. I have been doing HPDE events for the past four-five years, mostly with PCA in the intermediate group (solo). I am coming from the 86 platform (traded in my FR-S for...
  15. Brake pads for 2.0

Hi, I picked up my 2.0 last week. Great car and enjoying it so far! I am going be to doing HPDE events but having trouble finding track pads for the single piston caliper. Looking for recommendations and/or advise. Has anyone done any track time on the OEM pads? If so, how did it hold up? I...
