My BMS spacers I got ~ a month ago didn't come with any 3M tape... They DID come with some anti-seize though.

There are a must imo. Great deal. I have had 0 issues with my hardware on mine through a full winter driving salty roads. Put them on last July.

XHP on my N54 was an amazing improvement in the trans, as well as investment. Assuming there's no issues with the ecu being locked, this is awesome to see
