Are you running spacers in the front to fit the 275/30R19 tires? I’m looking at moving to 275F/295R on stock wheels and suspension and am curious if spacers are needed. Note this car does not see the track.

You CAN just “slap larger tires” on a rim. All wheels are spec’d for a range of section widths. Perhaps you are referring to the “ideal” or “as-tested” section width for these wheels. I don’t care about that. My concern lies entirely in whether or not there will be rubbing issues on UCAs or...

Just adding a couple of 8s to the rear (for now). Intend to replace the door and B-Pillar speakers in the future.

My biggest point on these boxes was stealth. Needed to keep as much open trunk space as possible. I’ve seen some pretty cool builds with the JL Audio 10TW3s, but they need more space than the 8s.

Cost of materials and labor was $1600 for both boxes. So about $800 apiece. I agree on the value, they are extremely time consuming to make, and even a slight error or hole in the enclosure results in distortion. My boxes are held in by three screws apiece. As @Munkeeboi mentioned, they do...

Also, for those who prefer to have an adjustable bass knob (rather than just using the equalizer), mine is mounted above the wireless charging tray in that little cubby. Used double sided 3M tape, no drilling required.
