    Well they are on gonna wait for a decent take to take it out and bed the pads the right way. Long day getting BMW brake dust off of EVERYTHING. (Still have to go over the wheels though!)

    Yes itā€™s just a coating the area with pad contact it will wear off when bedding pads. Iā€™m assuming the idea of it is to keep the area with out pad contact coated to avoid rust. The hat is a seperate finish that will remain on there.

    Got the kit in today. Rotors will need a good cleaning before they go on but they look good enough.
