I personally think there is no advantage to buying used in this market but seems to be only a slight advantage to buying new depending on the vehicle/circumstances. I haven't been shopping since I traded my Supra for my brand new '21 M2 Comp that I equate to finding a needle in a haystack. That...
FYI, keeping the tires and transferring them onto a different set of wheels for my M2. I will mark these as sold and repost wheels alone with TPMS sensors for anyone interested.
I will still keep the sale local but I may put them up on eBay with a link if anyone from out of state is interested...
I never got a reply back from the potential buyer...so bump.
FYI, I may end up transferring the tires and TPMS sensors (same frequency so should work) onto a new set of M Performance 763M wheels I'm getting for my M2 Comp here soon. The Supra spec'd tires are just a hair wider and should work...
I gotta think about it because that's a good amount of gas money in the only vehicle I have to transport them. Shoot me a PM with you phone number so we can discuss.
No yeah I agree that for being an automatic, it's as good as it can get. It's a great auto for sure but like you said it's different between both and I just prefer to row throw gears in a sports car personally. Point being, there are others like me that would want the Supra in a manual and yet...
Yes I own one and I respectfully disagree after owning both. I feel way more engaged in the BMW manual. Is the shifter a little soft, yeah but so are most modern manuals out there and ones I have owned. I had a newer WRX STI previously and the shifter was almost the same. It's all about car...
I think that's highly likely. I still think they will sell more automatics, if they drop a manual. Just for reference, when I got rid of my Supra for my M2 Comp, it was near impossible to find the latter in a 6 speed but I ended up getting real lucky. BMW sells more DCT autos even in that car. I...
I kind of disagree with that a little. I would consider it again with a manual but back when I got rid of mine, there was no real hard evidence Toyota would make it happen so I went with another BMW instead that did have a manual, lol. People I know loved the car but the deal breaker for them...
Yeah it's killer deal IMO. Someone is getting what is essentially new wheel/tire set. I haven't had one person yet even offer but I think it has to do with the limited number of AZ owners on this forum and the fact I'm only dealing locally. Also, I know they're not forged or an aggressive offset...
Hey any of you AZ peeps interested in a practically new OZ Racing wheel/tire set? I posted in the marketplace but so far no bites so I'm not sure if anyone in AZ has really seen my for sale post. I'm just trying to do a local sale and not trying to ship. I'm just looking to clear out my garage...
I can also vouch for Earnhardt as I did my first and only oil change there before I got rid of my Supra. They used all the correct parts such as the GR specific oil.
Bump....
No AZ people here with Supra interested? I know there doesn't appear to be a lot Supra owners from AZ in this forum but I figure this is my best shot at selling these. :)
Hey everyone,
Up for grabs is a mint set of O.Z. Racing wheels that were on my '21 Supra for about 200-300 miles at most with absolutely no blemishes whatsoever so they are in like new condition. The stock Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires have 800-1000 miles of gentle driving (no burnouts ever...
Nice car and nice wheels. Black or bronze are probably the best option for Turbulence Gray IMO. It is a really hard color to match in terms of wheels. I had those OZ Racing Hyper GT HLT's in what they call star graphite and looked decent but I they were maybe a little lighter (color) than I...
Haha, wheel/tire package (same ones pictured)and two other small things I'm not too concerned about selling. Custom fit sunshade and floor mats. Yeah that's why I'm not interested in out of state deals for wheels. Too much of a hassle for everyone etc.
Edit: Not the black powder coated OEM...
