I was talking to M-Link about it and they weren’t 100% sure it would work. They said if it didn’t that I could get ECUTEK to force flash it and that doesn’t sound like something I want to chance. If someone else has success with it, good on them for being the test subject.

I was going to order for ECUTEK but found that there may be limited compatibility with ECUTEK and could cause stability issues with software. So decided against it and just get a normal bench unlock.

When this design is ready for retail sale/group buy, I’m going to have to pull the trigger on one. There’s nothing like something original not everybody will have and looks awesome.

What does the final cost look like for one of these fine works of art?

That is odd that the flapper just came off like that. Something to be watchful of on future turbos for quality checks and assurance.

From what I have read stage 3 will reduce the life of the transmission. I guess I need to research more on what exactly is worn more. Thanks for the correction about the line pressure.

Did the downpipe catch the missing piece? Or is it further down in the muffler of the exhaust? Sheesh!!!

Be careful of using the stage 3 flash for the transmission. xHP does not recommend using it often unless your transmission is built already. It will wear out the transmission prematurely due to the excessive line pressure used to hold all of the torque. I use stage 2 and have had great results...

Also who knows what the weather will be like around that time as well. You know PA likes to have extended winters and could be snow on the ground still.

Looks like it could be a good event to attend. I live pretty close to that track. If I am around on that day I will go. Race admission is $200 so not sure if I will race cause that is a little steep since I don’t have my drag pack yet?

Only thing you can do is reduce the amount of torque in 6th like others posted or get the transmission upgraded. Mikey Botti tuned my car and it made 700ft lbs of torque on an E50 tune. My transmission has never slipped since I don’t do any pulls in 6th or higher. If I do pulls in 6th gear it’s...
