Actually it turned out that it turns off after a while on its own, not sure how long, but I know when I come back to my car, it’s off and as soon as I unlock or open the door, it comes back to life.

It wasn't the BS business manager day of sale add on, it was an option from the factory, $699 as I recall. I would have never ordered a car with the option, but most of the Supra's I found coming into dealers had it on already.

Did you ever figure a way to do this? Not sure if bimmercode will let you change to a full seat retract after turning engine off. Right now i'm hitting memory 2 before I get out of the car etc.

Thank you for everyone's help, I was able to separate the two halves easy enough and then hook in the wire tap to the rain sensor power feeds. I also found this Supra specific YouTube video too, although the wiring was the same as Christians video above.
