At release, I believe the Supra will have less than 350hp but a great chassis and dynamic feel. I dont see BMW letting the Supra have more HP than the Z4 or M2 etc...
“It really was a coincidence that BMW was the only maker still producing a straight six engine, and our legendary Supra was also a car laureled on our flagship inline-six at the time”
How expensive would it have been for Toyota to build their own six cyl engine? This all could have gone so...
Thats what would I like to know, what are the different trims, what ia in each, and when are they available, for ex. Intially just a basic trim, lower hp, non cf roof...
It has always been a 2020MY.
Encouraging, but not going to get too excited as we wont get many of the details we want...Geneva was a major hype (who didnt stay up late for that) only to be disappointed with non production car info...
Not saying it will apply to Canada, but with all the trade/tariffs going on now it could by the time this car comes to market next year...(harley davidson may move production out of the US due to tariffs which would be terrible) There is a lot of uncertainty right now...
Thanks Guff. For us Canadians though, holy crap with the tariff added at $79,400 converted today that is $105,000 CND...even higher potentially as the same car us is always more over US models...
