I’m looking at the GT1 as well, almost exactly same spec as yours. What weight did you go for? They have a range of weights (200-300 gm, 300-400 gm, etc.). Were you able to request a more exact weight?
If they take a quick glance I think painting it should be fine.
If they’re very meticulous or you want to be sure they don’t catch it, I’d probably sand off the coating.
I got black and painted it black. I used a spray paint to paint just the half with the logo

ETA: I only put 3 coats, but if you put a few more coats of paint I think you could make it disappear completely so it looks stock. Another option I was contemplating was to...
I would really hope the MkVI Supra would have a 6 cylinder and more than 400 hp.
It concerns me the new CEO is a finance guy, as I’m afraid they may cancel their plans. They definitely need to downsize their line up and trim variants.
Not sure if it’s possible but I wonder if they developed...
I noticed that too, I’m guessing the AWD will at least share a platform with the GRC.
I love the Emira and the way it looks, on top of that I love that Lotus kept the manual, though it’s going away.
I wish Lotus would have upgraded the internals and turned up the boost a bit to 500 hp.
Would not go JB4 now that you can get an unlock stateside. Stage 1 OTS tune should be fine for stock clutch.

Anyone with the PTB clutch also have the Rogue clutch pedal?
Just wanted to see if they're compatible as it seems that most the feedback from the PTB clutch is that it catches at a much lower point than stock...
Searched and couldn’t find the exact answer to this question.
I live in SoCal so we only get 91 ACN, but there is decent access to E.
If a stock fuel system can run up to E25, which happens to be 93 octane based on some E calculators I used, could I run MHD the 93 OTS map with E25 and do so...
Currently shopping for a clutch. It’s hard to ignore Uniclutch as it’s about half the price of PTB.
Infortunately I’ve only found a couple people on Fb groups that have it. Overwhelming majority of people go PTB.
I drove a colleague’s MT G87.
Stock for stock, the Supra’s had much less vagueness and rubbery feeling.
So Toyota did do something with it.
That said, I have an AutoSolutions SSK which really tightened everything. It’s not as slick as a Honda box, but it has improved.
I’m looking to do the...
I’ve noticed the same: if I try to shift before the clutch pedal is fully depressed and if I don’t shove it into gear with enough force.
This gear box is much less forgiving than most, but I’m fine with it.
It’s just when I’m tired from work, and don’t pay attention do I get lock out...
Reviving an old thread, because I'm wondering what you did to get it to fit?
What manifold was used?
Did any modifications need to be made with the OEM cover?
