Believe it or not, I just had the same thing happen to me. Although for me, itās the plastic assembly that covers the light. I removed it and it looks like the adhesive on the middle part of the piece has failed on me, as the clips/fasteners on either side still work fine. It still clips in, but...
I think it has to be production constraints or something similar. I know itās not that big of a deal, but every other GR car even gets cool GR/86 branded formats, where the Supra gets nada. I guess we do get the optional branded trunk mat but still, you get the point.
There are certainly more than a few opinions in this thread up to this point. Hereās my .02.
I think, should you buy the GT4 and then regret it later, itāll be a lot easier to go back to a Supra and find one in a spec that you like. Whereas if you skip on the GT4 now, but decide you want one in...
Imho, 15% at night is okay, as long as youāre on a semi-well lit road. In dark areas/roads it gets a little questionable, but otherwise I find it acceptable.
I donāt think the death of the S2k was caused by low sales. In fact Iām pretty sure they sold a boatload of them. (>110k units if memory serves). Iām almost certain the financial crisis is the biggest reason we never got another one. That, and a shift in Hondaās overall philosophy. Just my .02.
Thank you. Yours seem to be gray whereas theyāre black on the link, is it still the exact same specifications as the one you pictured?
Thanks. Are these the RR 56 service 8ā lift ones?
The race ramps have a very nice approach angle to them but as mentioned, they do seem to cost around $400 which seems wildly excessive for ramps. I was hoping there would be an alternative ramp that comes in cheaper.
Hi all,
I donāt remember the exact post, but I seem to recall a member or two stating that rhino ramps were good to use at stock height for some diy maintenance work etc. I just picked up a pair from Walmart and thereās no way this car could get up that without removing the stock āsplitterā...
Mine has also done this. Usually after I put pressure on it like when exiting the car or something. I figured itās nothing important and just ignore it. It sounds like something pops back into place so š¤·āāļø
Thanks. For reference, Iām in Florida where no tint is basically a death sentence year round.
Also, for those considering percentages, Iām sitting in the driverās seat in the photo as well.
