Autoblog reported 382hp and 369lb-ft of torque, 0-60 under 4 seconds:
BMW global reports 340hp, 0-60 in 4.6 seconds.
BMW USA reports "revised version of the iconic 3.0L I6" and 0-60 in under 4.4 seconds.

Surprising to me because at one point, I read that the take rate on manuals for the BR-Z/FR-S/86 was like 51-53%. Within the last 2 years, Tada was quoted as saying that any Toyota sports car would have a manual transmission because of the driver experience. I can't find the article now...

Funny to me how Toyota/Lexus is always one of the most secretive, shadowy OEMs with how they try to hide their upcoming models, but with this car having a uniquely German gestation, there are literally no secrets. I wonder if this is driving Toyota's top brass mad lately.
It seems that there are even more variations of BMW's 3.0L I6 floating around. Today they unveiled the new X4, and the "40i" model has 355hp and 365lb-ft of torque, and I just realized the new X3 has this same engine also...
We really don't know any of that yet. The LS has always shared an engine block with the Tundra, Sequoia, Land Cruiser, LX, etc. If Toyota is using that 3.5L V6 as their workhorse V8 replacement, it could very well become a "Toyota" engine as well.
FWIW, for as much as Toyota wants it to seem...
