2019 Supra Build Date ECU Bench Unlock Required?

Just as stated. I have a build date of 8/2019. I tried connecting with MHD and it says bench unlock required but also that sometimes MHD can not see unlocked DME. Just wondering if you think I need to have it bench unlocked or try flashing it as is..

You will mostly likely have to get a bench unlock for this before tuning. Not really sure what happens if you try tuning without the bench unlock done, but you should be able to get a bench unlock done locally somewhere for a couple hundred dollars. You don't need to worrying about shipping your ECU off and getting a femto unlock since you have an older ECU.

Here you can see the original software then it looks like it has been updated. Let me know your thoughts anyone please. I dont mind bench flashing. Just trying to find someone around CT to donit
