21A02D Inactive Combustion control: valve lift correction at idle supra b48

Currently having this issue, rough idle between 1-2k rpm, get better in higher rpm which it may be masking it due to higher rpm, driving feels normal, chnaged injectors, plugs and coils checked, all good to go, still cant get it solved, is there anyone havingthe similar issues,
