Airbag wiring parts

Hi everyone, a friend of mine installed his airbag wiring on his new steering wheel airbag, after that he sold that steering wheel but he forgot to remove old oem wiring, now we have find all the wiring but we can't find this piece attached, can someone help me understand what exhaclty is this thing? thanks i appreciate your help
