Does anyone here have an AMS Alpha 8 installed on their car? If so, how did you calibrate the wastegate during the installation?
No room to make any adjustments to the wastegate with the turbo installed. I’d really prefer not to pull the turbo, but if that’s what it takes, I want to make sure I do the adjustment and calibration correctly.
When I installed the wastegate, I made sure the linkage was connected with the wastegate door fully closed and the actuator in its resting position.
Any tips or advice from someone who has installed and calibrated one would be appreciated.
