Anyone here know how to read logs? I’m trying to figure out why my OTS E40 can’t hit a 11.0 on slicks

here is the log from my 11.3xx run. Beginning was burnout and staging. Car seemed to run fine and the same all night. Only thing is feels like it bogs off the line, or I’m not getting enough power at the start like I’m not building enough boost in 2nd to hit 10.9-11.0. Im on Micky Thompsons.

you're shifting 500rpm too late - you will be faster shifting at 5900rpm

cyl2 and cyl2 only has timing correction issues. could be a bad plug or weak coil

you're hitting a torque limiter in second gear after launch resulting in throttle closure to below 30%, is it xhp flashed?

You're getting throttle closures after every gearshift, likely due to mismatched boost target as you overboost/speed the turbo.

147* iat is not doing you any favors lowering your power and timing target.

It's adding ~13-14% fuel through stft because your ethanol % and lambda target dont match. If I had to guess you're running e50 and not e40. this is within acceptable parameters and margins - just something i noticed. it may behave better with a flex fuel sensor and a flex tune - but the torque limiter and cyl2 timing corrections seem to be your biggest issue.

In order of what is hurting your times

#1 torque limiter (flash trans)

#2 shift at 5900rpm (you issue)

#3 timing corrections (troubleshoot cyl 2)

#4 IAT is high (nothing fixing hot weather, but an aftermarket IM or meth will help)

#5 overboost is a tuning issue (get a custom tune)
