I can't speak for Tomei as I haven't heard it in person, but looking at the muffler design compared to Armytrix, it may be that Tomei will be louder than Armytrix in both sport and comfort mode.
I installed Armytrix Thursday night with stock downpipe. In comfort mode it's nearly the same as stock, not sure if you already have catless downpipe installed, but if you do it'll sound very close if not the same as stock with valve closed.
While sport mode is louder than stock, it isn't by much, so if you want catless with a little more volume than stock, but don't want a raspy pitch, then Armytrix is a great option.
