Do you guys think this is fixable? If so how?

I would take some some clear expoxy and put some in the gap then clamp it. Be sure to wipe off any excess epoxy, hopefully that will work?

Fixable? Yes. Will it look pretty? Hard to say. If you have access to the inside of the lip I would reinforce the inside with chopped strand and resin. Try to chamfer the edges of the crack and fill it to the point that it is close to level with the last layer of the lip and sand down the clear coat in the surrounding area.

Now the hard part. Get a 2x2 twill swatch of CF and cut it so that the weave matches the existing part. apply resin, lay the fabric, and try to get all of the air out with a roller. At that point you'll have to add a layer of resin overtop after the initial resin cures, sand, add resin, sand, resin, etc until it looks even. Then re-spray clear coat

The easier option is just fill it with fiberglass from the inside, in the crack, and a layer to bond the outside together, then paint it all black.

I mean the weave appears completely severed so it's not repairable to its original rigidity, but for just looks I would follow what Viper mentioned above.

Depends on your idea of “fix”. Return it to an “as new” state? Nope. The time, materials, and headache are far more BS than it’s worth. Throw it in the trash and get another.

Something if recommended a few times over the years is to have it wrapped in satin black vinyl. Hides the fracturing and blends in well with your OEM trim.

eh, just run it and don't worry about it, it'll get cracked again... and again... and again... My car has gone through 2 Fly1Motorsports lips and just ended up cracking my Seibon lip just recently though you can't really tell but can feel it on the bottom. I'll run it until it's hanging off then get another one. it's not worth caring about it to me the amount of damage that one has.

This is really the answer. Most won’t notice it, and the car guys who do know that it happens.
