Cloned ECU Stopped Working

Long story short, but my car was hit by someone in a parking lot and when getting the parts replaced, it looks like my cloned ECU stopped working.

I'm pretty sure the place redoing the PPF got water on the ECU, but it looked dry when I showed up and no proof. Basically, I need another cloneable ECU, so if you have any leads, please let me know.
